Ausangate to Rainbow Mountain Trek - 3 Days (Challenge)

This Ausangate to Rainbow Mountain 3 Days is a New Alternative to the Vinicunca option specially designed for people who want to take more time to appreciate the glorious surrounding peaks of Ausangate and the colorful terrain nearby. This trek allows for a more thorough exploration of the beautiful Ausangate Trek 3 Days (5200 m 20,314 ft) and a more secluded experience as the route taken avoids the 1 Day Red Mountain. You will also view the stunning snow peaks of the Ausangate Mountain range(6400 m 20,314 ft), picturesque lagoons with crystal clear water, and herds of llamas, alpacas, vicunas, and Andean chinchillas.

This Ausangate Painted Mountain is unique in South America, perhaps globally. Recently national geographic ranked as 5 top hikes in the Cusco region that is why we designed this wildness hike thorough Tinqui village.

Once you explore the glorious Red Valley in Cusco, you won’t have words to describe this natural wonder of Cusco and Peru.
