Dear passenger, to make the payment of any reservation with Choquequirao Expeditions, we have four ways; easy and very safe payment options, from payment by Debit / Credit Card, Paypal, Cash deposit, and Bank transfer.
To confirm your trip, we need you to send us your personal information and a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of 30% of the total amount to secure the trip (for tours outside of the Cusco region, we may require the payment in full) As soon as you have sent us all, we will confirm with you in minutes. And you are ready to go!!!.
We accept payments with your Debit or Credit Card online from anywhere in the world, use the payment form to pay via this method.
Transaction fee: 4% (Bank commission), the transaction fee will adjust automatically.
PayPal – The easiest and safest way to pay online. Fill out the payment form to pay via this method.
Transaction fee: 6% + USD 10 (Paypal + Bank commission) the transaction fee will adjust automatically.

This is one of the most effective and fastest ways to make payment for any reservation with Choquequirao Expeditions.
Transaction fee: 6% surcharge average on the amount transferred; The fee is not included in the price of our tours and must be paid in full by the client. Then, do not forget to email us your transaction code (MTCN), which will be provided to you.
Our Western Union Account:
This option can be used for both deposit and final payment. If this option is selected for final payment, the transaction has to be done a week before the service.
Transaction fee: 6% surcharge average on the amount transferred; All international bank fees will have to be paid by the participant; otherwise, that fee will be added to the final balance to be paid at Cusco city. After the transfer, send us an email with your payment voucher.
Our Bank Account:
Deposit Sent is not Refundable or transferable. We don’t Accept Refunds or Changes under any circumstances and the Final Balance will be paid 2 days in advance at your Hotel or Office and this must be in cash in USD or soles. If you do not pay the balance two days before, the service will be considered cancelled. If you have a conflict and will not arrive in Cusco or need to make special arrangements, please contact us.
Pre-Trek Briefing: One night before the start of the hike, you will have a pre-trek briefing at our office or your hotel. This will be coordinated (time and location) Once the full amount has been paid. In this briefing you will be given an overview of the hike as well as recommendations and advice by your guide in order to have the best trek possible. And after this you won’t be able to change anything.
